发电机组过热或过冷带来的影响 Effects of overheating or over-cooling

1、柴油发电机组的每个部件都是它不能缺少的,尽管有的东西在客户看来少了也没关系,但是如果就是因为少了这一个小小的不起眼的部件造成了您以后使用的时候出现问题,这就追悔莫及了,小小的部件才是最应该注意的。假设在发动机运转时,气缸内的温度达到1800-2000℃,瞬时温度高达3000℃,那么如果不对发动机进行及时而合理的冷却,就会导致发动机故障。

Although it doesn’t matter if some things are missing from the customer’s mind,  if it is because of the missing of this small and inconspicuous component that it will cause problems you will use in the future. When something goes wrong, it's too late to regret it. It's the small parts that should be paid the most attention to. Assume that when the engine is running, the temperature in the cylinder reaches 1800-2000°C, and the instantaneous temperature is as high as 3000°C. If the engine is not cooled in a timely and reasonable manner, it will cause engine failure.

2.柴油发电机组过热,易造成发动机早燃,充气量减少,摩擦损失增加,同时还会导致润滑油的粘度降低,氧化变质,加速零件磨损,使发动机的动力性、经济性、工作的可靠性和耐久性全面恶化,严重时,可使运动机件因受热膨胀而失去正常间隙,造成活塞移动“拉缸”或卡死等恶性故障。资料表明:当冷却液温度从90℃升到120℃时,功率降低5%左右。如果发动机过冷,大量的热被冷却液和空气带走,热损失和机械损失增大,零件的磨损同样也增加,而且还会使发火的预燃期过长,发动机工作粗暴,并且使怠速不良,难于起动。资料表明:当冷却液温度从90。C降到40℃时,耗油量约增加30%,功率约降低10%;当温度从80。C降到30℃时,磨损铁质将增加5倍左右。因此,发动机在工作中必须保持正常的工作温度。

In severe cases, the moving parts can lose their normal clearance due to thermal expansion, causing the piston to move, "pull the cylinder" or get stuck, and other malignant faults. Data shows that when the coolant temperature rises from 90°C to 120°C, the power decreases by about 5%. If the engine is too cold, a large amount of heat will be taken away by the coolant and air, and the heat loss and mechanical loss will increase. The wear of parts will also increase, and the pre-ignition period will be too long, the engine will work roughly, and the idling speed will be reduced. Bad, difficult to start. 3.柴油发电机组的过热或过冷是依冷却介质的温度来反映的,正常情况下,发动机的温度为80~90℃,高于此值为过热,低于此值为过冷。实践证明,无论是过热还是过冷,都会使发电机组的使用性能降低,使用寿命缩短。
