柴油发电机组冷却液不循环的原因有以下几个方面:
3、柴油发电机组水泵故障。检查水泵作用是否良好,如果发现水泵传动齿轴磨损过限时说明水泵已起不到作用,需要更换后才能循环正常。

5、柴油发电机组冷却系统中混有空气,造成管路不畅通,膨胀水箱上吸气阀、排气阀损坏也直接影响循环,这时应经常检查它们的压力值是否符合规定,吸气压力是10kpa,排气压力是40kpa,除次之外排气管路是否畅通也是影响循环的重要原因。
