1．散热器上、下水室的修理 Radiator upper and lower tanks maintaince

修理前，要将漏水的部位清洗干净，再用金属刷或刮刀彻底清除金属漆和铁锈，然后用焊锡修补。若上、下水室的固定螺丝部位 出现较大面积的漏水现象时，则可以拆下上、下水室，然后重新制作两个大小适当的水室。装配前，要在密封垫的上、下面涂以黏结剂或密封胶后，再用螺丝进行固定。

Before repairing, clean the leaking parts, and then use a metal brush or scraper to completely remove the metal paint and rust, and then repair it with solder. If there is a large area of leakage at the fixing screws of the upper and lower water tanks, the upper and lower tanks can be removed, and then remade two new ones. Before assembling, apply adhesive or sealant on the top and bottom of the gasket, and then fix it with screws. 

2．散热器水管的修理 Radiator tubes maintance

若散热器的外层水管破损较小时，则一般可使用锡焊进行修复。若破损较大时，则可用尖嘴钳把破损管的两边管头夹死，使其不漏水。但堵塞水管的数量不宜过多；否则，会影响散热器的散热效果。若散热器的内部水管出现破损现象时，则应将上、下水室拆下后，更换或焊补水管。装配完毕后，要重新对散热器进行漏水检查

If the outer water pipe of the radiator is slightly damaged, it can generally be repaired by soldering. If the damage is large, needle-nose pliers can be used to clamp the pipe heads on both sides of the damaged tubes to prevent leakage. However, theblocked numbers should not be too much,otherwise, it will affect the heat dissipation effect of the radiator. If the internal tubes are damaged, the upper and lower tanks should be removed, and then the water supply pipes should be replaced or welded. After the assembly is completed, the radiator should be checked for water leakage again.
