1 Overview

DTR5.0Z generator set parallel controller is used for multiple sets of the same capacity or different capacity of the generator set manual/automatic parallel system and for a single generator set constant power output and grid connection, to achieve the generator set automatic start and stop/parallel operation, data measurement, alarm protection and "three remote" function. The controller adopts large-screen liquid crystal (LCD) graphic display, which can display Chinese, English and many other languages. The operation is simple and reliable.

DTR5.0Z generator set parallel controller has the function of controlling GOV and AVR, can automatically synchronize and load sharing, and the generator set equipped with DTR5.0Z controller parallel. The controller accurately monitors the various working states of the generator set. When the generator set works abnormally, it automatically disintegrates from the mother row, shuts down the generator set, and displays the fault status on the LCD. The controller has an SAE J1939 interface and can communicate with a variety of EFI ECUs (ENGINE CONTROL Units) with a J1939 interface.

The parallel controller of DTR5.0Z generator set adopts 32-bit microprocessor technology to realize the functions of precision measurement, fixed value adjustment, timing and threshold setting of various parameters. Most parameters can be adjusted from the front panel of the controller, and all parameters can be adjusted by USB interface of the PC, and can be adjusted and monitored by RS485 interface of the PC. The utility model has the advantages of compact structure, simple connection and high reliability, and can be widely used in the automatic parallel system of various types of generator sets.

2 Performance Characteristics

Ø The use of 32-bit ARM single-chip microcomputer, high hardware integration, reliability has been further improved;

Ø LCD is 480x272, with backlight, Chinese, English and other languages can be selected for interface operation, and can be selected on site, convenient for factory debugging personnel to test the machine;

Ø Screen protection using hard screen acrylic material, wear resistance and scratch resistance is good;

Ø Silicone panel and buttons, adapt to the environment high and low temperature ability;

Ø RS485 communication interface, using MODBUS protocol can achieve "three remote" function;

Ø With CANBUS interface, it can be connected to the EFI with J1939, not only can monitor the common data of the EFI (such as water temperature, oil pressure, speed, fuel consumption, etc.), but also can control startup, shutdown, speed up and speed down through the CANBUS interface;
