1 Overview
DTR3.0Z series power station automation controller integrates digital, intelligent, network technology, used for single generator set automation and monitoring system, to achieve the generator set automatic start/stop, data measurement, alarm protection and "three remote" functions. The controller adopts large-screen liquid crystal (LCD) display, Chinese, English, Spanish, Russian, Portuguese, Turkish, Polish, French 8 languages optional interface operation, simple operation, reliable operation.
DTR3.0Z series power station automation controller adopts microprocessor technology to realize precision measurement, set value adjustment, timing, threshold setting and other functions of a variety of parameters. All parameters of the controller can be adjusted from the front panel of the controller, or adjusted by USB interface of the PC, or adjusted and monitored by RS485 interface of the PC. Its compact structure, simple connection, high reliability, can be widely used in various types of generator set automation system.
2 Performance Characteristics
Used for single machine automation, through the remote start signal control generator set automatic start and stop.
Its main features are as follows:
- LCD 132x64, with backlight, eight languages (Chinese, English, Spanish, Russian, Portuguese, Turkish, Polish, French) display, touch the button operation;
-- Screen protector adopts hard screen acrylic material, good wear resistance and scratch resistance;
-- Silicone panel and buttons, adapt to the environment high and low temperature ability;
-- With RS485 communication interface, using MODBUS protocol can achieve "three remote" function;
-- With CANBUS interface, it CAN be connected to the EFI with J1939, not only can monitor the common data of the EFI (such as water temperature, oil pressure, speed, fuel consumption, etc.), but also can control startup, shutdown, high speed and low speed through the CANBUS interface (need to use the controller with CANBUS interface);
-- Suitable for three-phase four-wire, three-phase three-wire, single-phase two-wire, two-phase three-wire (120V/240V) power supply 50Hz/60Hz system;
-- Collect and display three-phase voltage, three-phase current, frequency and power parameters of mains/power generation;

-- Control and protection functions: automatic start/stop of diesel generator set, ATS switching and perfect fault display protection functions;
-- with power shutdown, idle speed control, preheating control, speed control, and relay output;
-- Parameter setting function: allows the user to change the Settings of its parameters, and the memory is in the internal FLASH memory, which will not be lost when the system is powered off. All parameters of the controller can be adjusted from the front panel of the controller, or by using the USB interface of the PC, or by using the RS485 interface of the PC;
