1 Overview

DTR4.0Z(CAN) series generator set controller is used for single diesel generator set automation and monitoring system, to achieve the generator set automatic start/stop, data measurement, alarm protection and "three remote" function. The controller adopts large-screen liquid crystal (LCD) graphic display, which can display Chinese, English and many other languages. The operation is simple and reliable.

DTR4.0Z(CAN) series generator set controller adopts 32-bit microprocessor technology to achieve a variety of parameters precision measurement, set value adjustment and timing, threshold setting and other functions, most of the parameters can be adjusted from the front panel of the controller, all parameters can be adjusted by the PC through the USB interface, and can be adjusted and monitored by the PC through RS485. Its compact structure, simple connection and high reliability can be widely used in various types of generator set automation systems.

2 Performance Characteristics

HGM9310MPU(CAN) : Used for single-machine automation, control the generator set from start to stop through remote start signal;

HGM9320MPU(CAN) : On the basis of HGM9310MPU(CAN), it adds the function of mains power monitoring and automatic switching control (AMF) of mains/power generation, which is especially suitable for single-machine automation system composed of one mains and one power unit.

Its main features are as follows:

-- The use of 32-bit ARM single-chip microcomputer, high hardware integration, reliability has been further improved;

-- LCD display is 480x272 TFT LCD, with backlight, Chinese, English and other languages can be selected for interface operation, and can be selected on site, convenient for factory debugging personnel to test the machine;

-- Screen protector adopts hard screen acrylic material, better wear resistance and scratch resistance;

-- The use of silicone panels and buttons, adapt to the environment high and low temperature ability;

-- With RS485 communication interface, using MODBUS protocol can achieve "three remote" function; (A controller with RS485 interface is required);

- With SMS function, when the generator set has an alarm, it can automatically send alarm information to the set of 5 phone numbers, and it can also control the generator set and check the status of the generator set through SMS; (A controller with a GSM interface is required);

-- With CAN BUS interface, it CAN be connected to the EFI machine with J1939, not only CAN monitor the common data of the EFI machine (such as water temperature, oil pressure, speed, fuel consumption, etc.), but also can control startup, shutdown, speed up and speed down through the CAN BUS interface (a controller with CAN BUS interface is required);

-- Suitable for three-phase four-wire, three-phase three-wire, single-phase two-wire, two-phase three-wire (120/240V) power supply 50/60 system;

-- Collect and display three-phase voltage, three-phase current, frequency and power parameters of AC power generation;

Most of the parameters can be adjusted from the front panel of the controller. All parameters can be adjusted by using the USB port on a PC or RS485 port on a PC.

-- The clamping parts of the fixed controller are metal clamping parts, which have excellent performance in high temperature environment;

-- Modular structure design, flame-retardant ABS housing, pluggable terminal, embedded installation mode, compact structure, easy installation;
