Main structural features

■ The product is divided into three phase, single phase two, for the core dry type;

■ The iron core is made of high-quality cold-rolled silicon steel sheet, which is cut by high-speed punching machine, with small burrs, uniform rules, neat and beautiful stacking, ensuring the performance of the reactance unit running at low temperature and low noise:

■ The coil is made of high quality insulated wire, wound by special machine, with good flatness and beautiful appearance;

■ In the reactor assembly process, all clips are treated with anti-corrosion treatment, the key clips are made of non-magnetic materials, and the process of pre-drying → vacuum painting → hot drying and curing makes the reactor coil and iron core firmly become one, greatly reducing the temperature rise and noise during operation, effectively improving the reactor quality factor and reducing harmonics;
