The generator manufacturer analyzes the power factor of the engine, and the effective power is indicated on the diesel engine nameplate. According to national standards, based on the purpose and characteristics of diesel engines, 1-2 of the following four powers are indicated on the nameplate of the diesel engine.
1. 15 minute power: suitable for situations with short-term good overload and acceleration performance, such as cars, motorboats, etc;
2. 1 hour power: suitable for machinery that requires a certain amount of power reserve to overcome sudden load increases, such as wheeled tractors, locomotives, ships, etc;
3. 12 hour power: suitable for machinery that requires continuous operation within 12 hours and fully utilizes diesel engine power, such as agricultural drainage and irrigation machinery, locomotives, engineering machinery, tractors, etc;
4. Continuous power: suitable for equipment that requires long-term continuous operation, such as agricultural drainage and irrigation machinery, ships, power plants, etc.
