Malfunctions caused by unauthorized disassembly of products.

Malfunctions caused by improper operation or harsh working environment, as well as issues with the user's electrical system wiring or overloading.

Damage caused by natural disasters.

Repair of products beyond the warranty period.

Non branded products or counterfeit and inferior products are not within the scope of the above services.

For the equipment and products supporting the project, we will ensure that they are delivered in accordance with the contract requirements, with quality and quantity guaranteed, and in a timely and accurate manner. For those who require technical services, we will dispatch technical professionals to participate in unboxing acceptance and guide installation and debugging work untilthe equipment operates normally.

If users have requirements for equipment modification, expansion, etc., Detroit Company will promptly and accurately meet them, and can provide free technical solutions to users.

During the "Three Guarantees" period, Detroit Company guarantees to make a preliminary response within 4 hours of receiving user quality feedback, to propose a solution within the time specified in the contract (usually 12 hours), and to arrive at the site within 24 hours for major issues.
